Specialist - KNSRC Projects

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Space Science, Project Management, or related field (with equivalency by the Kuwait Ministry of Higher Education)
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management or project coordination, preferably in research, engineering, scientific projects or a related technology-driven field
• Excellent communication and reporting skills in English and Arabic.

Key Accountabilities:

• Monitor the planning and execution of KNSRC projects and initiatives in coordination with project managers and research teams.
• Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders involved in project activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed according to approved schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of technical and administrative documentation related to project activities.
• Support communication and coordination with local and international collaborators involved in space research projects.
• Track project deliverables and maintain project documentation and records.
• Assist in organizing meetings, technical reviews, workshops, and events related to project activities.
• Support the preparation of presentations, progress reports, and updates for management.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of project monitoring procedures and coordination processes within the Centre.

• Certificate of insured service periods issued by the Public Authority for Social Security, dated on or after the announcement date.
• Academic certificate(s) and transcript(s), including the final graduation GPA.
• Equivalency of the academic certificate(s) from the Ministry of Higher Education, and Authentication of the transcript(s) for graduates of universities other than Kuwait University.
