Manage purchase requisitions and oversee the full lifecycle of sourcing activities for co-packed and private label products.

Coordinate with suppliers, co-packers, and private label vendors to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Oversee co-packing operations to ensure quality, timelines, and compliance with product specifications.

Monitor vendor performance and escalate issues related to delays, shortages, or quality concerns.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and supply chain standards.

Analyze inventory levels and forecast material requirements in collaboration with the Supply & Demand Planning team.

Implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce holding costs.

Coordinate inbound logistics activities to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery to 3PLs or distribution centers.

Partner with Marketing, Procurement, and Outbound Logistics teams to ensure product availability and alignment with promotional plans.

Support new product launches and packaging transitions.

Develop and maintain reports on procurement status, inventory health, and vendor performance.

Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Adhere with direction for the development and implementation of organizational unit’s policies, systems, processes, and procedures, identifying potential areas of improvement to ensure efficient and effective operation.

Comply with corporate requirements on adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related to all relevant regulatory directives to ensure a safe and risk-free environment.

Motivate the employees and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering best practices.

Ensure that all departmental reports and statements are completed timely and comply with local and international principles of governance and the organization's policies and standards.
Specialist – MRP (Planning Co-Packing & Private Labeling), will work from Nadec head office and will travel to other Nadec locations as per business needs.
Education and Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Preferably with co-packing/private labeling exposure
Experience:

2-3 years of experience in material planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
