Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for infants, children, and adolescents
• Diagnose and treat a variety of pediatric dental conditions, including cavities, misalignment, and developmental issues
• Perform preventive procedures, including cleanings, sealants, and fluoride treatments
• Educate patients and their families on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of routine dental visits
• Utilize child-friendly techniques to create a comfortable and supportive environment
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
• Stay informed about advances in pediatric dentistry and best practices in child oral health care
  
  

Requirements

• Dental degree (DDS or DMD) from an accredited institution with a specialization in Pediatric Dentistry
• Board certification in Pediatric Dentistry is preferred
• Current dental license to practice
• Extensive experience in providing dental care for children and managing their unique dental needs
• Strong knowledge of pediatric dental procedures and child development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to relate to children
