What You ll Do

* Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, including documentation, provisioning of assets, and medical insurance enrollment
* Conduct pre-boarding calls to guide new joiners through joining requirements and formalities
* Maintain accurate employee data in trackers, HR dashboards, and HRIS systems
* Coordinate with PROs to process UAE labor contracts, work permits, Emirates IDs, and related government formalities
* Execute structured offboarding, including notice compliance, asset collection, and termination documentation
* Work with payroll to process final settlements, EOSB, and reimbursements
* Ensure compliance with MOHRE, Immigration, and Insurance system requirements for exits
* Respond to HR queries, providing accurate policy-based guidance to employees and managers
* Manage SIM card issuance and maintain cost records
* Administer employee benefits, including insurance, allowances, and wellness programs
* Provide payroll with accurate monthly inputs for joiners, leavers, and updates
* Organize and maintain complete and audit-ready employee records
* Prepare reports and dashboards on HR operations metrics for leadership
* Support audits, inspections, and government reviews with accurate documentation
* Drive automation and digitization of HR processes to improve efficiency

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor s degree in Business, HR, or related field
* 3 5 years of HR or People Operations experience in UAE Mainland
* Strong knowledge of MOHRE processes, UAE labor law, and compliance requirements
* Experience handling large volumes of onboarding and offboarding transactions
* Proficient in HR systems, MS Office, and Google Workspace
* High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Strong problem-solving skills with focus on process improvement
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Culturally aware with adaptability to diverse workforces
