Job Description

Contribute to regional logistics projects to enhance rider retention across APAC and EU markets, with a focus on early retention & prevent churn.

Conduct and analyse cross-functional experiments to optimise retention and minimise churn through targeted testing, while ensuring automation and cost optimisation

Develop visualisations from large data sets to support effective decision-making within the team and across functions.

Analyse extensive product data to understand rider behaviors, using insights to guide product direction.

Support data-driven initiatives aimed at optimising retention and operational workflows

Identify and address inefficiencies in logistics operations to enhance riders’ app experience which may result in churn reduction

Collaborate with Central and local teams to ensure effective product roll outs
Qualifications

2+ years of proven experience in logistics, product operations, or similar roles within tech, mobility, or delivery industries.

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualisation platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Datastudio).

Strong understanding of experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing and retention optimisation strategies.

Proven ability to interpret large, complex datasets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable strategies.

Effective cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across diverse teams.

Strong problem-solving capabilities, adaptability, and a proactive approach to challenges.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Proven ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders across various countries.

Familiarity with internal rider communications tools and quest mechanisms is a plus.
