Job Title: Sr. Angular UI Developer

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled UI Developer to join our onsite team in Irving, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern front-end technologies, excellent communication skills for client interaction, and the ability to deliver high-quality, responsive, and visually appealing web applications. This role requires both technical proficiency and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using modern UI frameworks.
- Collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, and client teams to deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility compliance (WCAG), and optimal performance.
- Participate in onsite client meetings, requirement gathering, and solution presentations.
- Implement best practices for code quality, security, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related issues promptly.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when needed.
Required Technical Skills:
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) – Expert level.
- Strong experience with React.js (preferred) or Angular/Vue.js.
- Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs / GraphQL.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and accessibility standards.
- Proficiency with Git and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite).
Additional Skills Expected for Onsite Roles:
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills – ability to interact with business stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and onsite coordination.
- Ability to lead UI discussions, provide technical recommendations, and influence design decisions.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha).
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with performance optimization and SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
- Understanding of security best practices for front-end applications.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Adaptability to change priorities and client needs.

Benefits
Compensation range: $83,912.00 to $128,080.00 per year
