Role Context: We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take charge of the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to hiring and retaining top-tier talent for our international BPO operations.

A n individual with experience in sales and digital marketing recruitment, specifically for both high-volume and specialized roles. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one plus years of end-to-end recruitment experience and excellent in communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements, develop job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.
  • Employ various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate cultural fit, and potential for success.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and conducting reference checks.
  • Lead offer negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.

Recruitment Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Analyse talent needs, industry trends, and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations on recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key positions to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates.

Talent Acquisition Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on recruitment activities, metrics, and progress to share with hiring managers and senior leadership.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to understand talent needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on recruitment-related matters.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques, and talent assessment.

Recruitment Process Improvement:

  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in talent acquisition.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent to meet business needs.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to recruitment.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1- 5 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment and sourcing.
  • Solid knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Experience in utilizing recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing tools.
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting candidates for various roles in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
