Specialist - Talent Acquisition

The Talent Acquisition Specialist role involves leveraging expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and platforms such as LinkedIn, and other social media channels to identify and attract top-tier talent in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates with specific expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Utilize recruitment portals like LinkedIn, and other social media platforms to proactively search for potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Collaborate with HR managers and hiring teams to understand specific role requirements and technical qualifications.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in recruitment technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is plus.
  • Strong proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
