Redfish is representing a leading international consultancy in their search for a talented Specialist Valuation Surveyor (MRICS) to join their Commercial Valuation team in Dubai. This position offers the opportunity to specialise in the valuation of complex and high-value operational assets across the UAE and wider GCC region.
  
 
 The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering robust valuation and advisory services to a wide range of stakeholders, including developers, investors, financial institutions, and government entities.
  
 
  Key Responsibilities 
  
 
  - Provide market-led valuation advice on specialist property types including hotels, schools, hospitals, shopping malls, district cooling plants, data centres, theme parks, and expo centres.
- Conduct research and liaise with market participants to gather intelligence on transactions, leases, operational metrics, and trends.
- Assess sector-specific performance data to support valuation assumptions.
- Prepare clear, well-structured valuation reports in line with RICS standards.
- Develop detailed financial and discounted cash flow models for investment, operational, and development scenarios.
- Manage valuation instructions from inception to delivery, ensuring scope, quality, and deadlines are met.
- Contribute to client relationship management, presentations, and business development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date market and property data records.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to enhance outputs and share insights.
 
 
  Requirements 
  
 
  Qualifications and Experience 
  - Experience in Real Estate, Economics, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
- Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) or equivalent preferred.
- 2 3 years  post-qualification experience with demonstrable expertise in specialist property valuations.
- RICS Registered Valuer certification (or equivalent). May also be able to accept an associate RICS.
- Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies, regulations, and professional standards.
- Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is desirable; prior international experience is not required, and applicants may be considered directly from the UK.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Argus Enterprise/Developer experience advantageous.
- Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
