Specialist Vendor Operations

Job Description

Support local and regional operations teams to enhance vendor performance and operational metrics

Track vendor processes including onboarding, catalog cleanup, inventory integration, and picker performance

Assist local markets with initiatives outside regular BAU tasks

Monitor compliance of BAU processes to ensure efficiency and consistency

Provide performance analytics and support opportunity sizing for market projects

Review inventory and pricing updates daily, identifying and resolving issues to maintain accuracy

Create and manage basic processes such as device allocation and uniform distribution

Collaborate with vendor coordinators across markets to share best practices and lessons learned

Conduct daily operational checks independently, ensuring process adherence
