We’re looking for a data-driven, technically strong SEO Specialist who understands how search is evolving beyond blue links. This role sits at the intersection of Technical SEO, Semantic Search, SEM, AI/LLM optimization, and advanced analytics. You’ll be responsible for driving organic growth across traditional search engines, AI-powered search experiences, and emerging discovery platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies aligned with business growth goals
- Own on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, including keyword research and search intent optimization
- Lead technical SEO efforts: audits, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexation, schema, and internal linking
- Optimize content for E-E-A-T, topical authority, entities, and semantic search
- Drive AEO, GEO, and AI/LLM search optimization to improve visibility across AI-powered search platforms
- Collaborate with engineering, content, and paid media teams to align SEO, SEM, and site performance
- Own analytics and measurement using GA4, Search Console, GTM, and SEO tools
- Build insights and dashboards linking SEO performance to traffic, engagement, and revenue
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO
- Develop And Implement Link Building Strategy
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Technical SEO (crawling, indexing, CWV, schema, JS SEO)
- Proven experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and event tracking
- Deep understanding of semantic SEO, search intent, and entity-based optimization
- Experience working with SEM teams or paid search data
- Familiarity with AEO, GEO, and LLM-driven search experiences
- Ability to translate SEO data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Experience with tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, PageSpeed Insights
