Job purpose
As the Specialty Account Manager, you will manage specialty therapies in your assigned territory. You will lead engagement with internal and external stakeholders, deliver tailored, patient-focused scientific detailing to HCPs, support formulary and access activities, ensure therapy availability for patients, and drive delivery of agreed commercial outcomes in full compliance with GSK policies and local regulations.
Key responsibilities
Execute commercial strategy and territory business plan to achieve agreed objectives and patient outcomes.Accountabilities
Deliver patient recruitment and end-to-end account management in line with the GSK way of working.Compliance and behaviors
Fully comply with GSK codes, policies, governance processes, and applicable legal requirements.Minimum qualifications
Degree in a science-related discipline (e.g., medicine, pharmacy, life sciences).Preferred experience
Prior experience in specialty care or account management preferred.Other important information
