As a Senior Expanded Care Application Analyst, you will be a part of a collaborative team that is hyper-focused on providing a superior technology environment to our over 100 Care Centers and nearly 2,000 clinical and administrative staff across the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest regions. In this role, you will assist, but not limited to, Clinical Imaging information system environment, Lab
applications, Fertility EMR, interface integrations and other ancillary applications. You will drive
improvements, help us manage medium to large projects, and be an integral part of the broader IT
team as Axia continues to grow across the nation.

Serve as project manager and lead analyst for medium to large-scale projects and optimization initiatives, ensuring clear documentation and fostering trust and collaboration through professionalism and a positive attitude.

Oversee escalation processes across teams, ensuring effective communication, accurate documentation, and Knowledge Base updates in collaboration with Service Desk and Training teams.

Facilitates vendor tracking calls, escalates issues appropriately, and maintains alignment with leadership and key stakeholders.

Demonstrates advanced technical skills and understanding of all expanded care applications and Axia's business needs.

Supports and mentors Expanded Care Apps analysts, raises developmental issues and proactively provides tactful, honest, balanced and timely feedback to peers and others.

Demonstrates advanced technical knowledge of integration technologies (i.e. HL7, APIs, etc.) and seeks opportunities to incorporate new technologies into Axia's platform.

Owns the design, coordination, and execution of comprehensive test plans for assigned IT projects, ensuring cross-team readiness and alignment with workflow and training objectives.

Conducts quality reviews of any modifications implemented in production that may have an impact.

Facilitates the development and implementation of cross-training initiatives, including the Service Desk Shadowing curriculum and other related programs.

Demonstrates strong application build experience, including design, configuration, and deployment of system solutions.

Preferred:

Knowledge of Orchard products, Studycast, eClinicalWorks, Artisan, or Corepoint.

Understanding of HL7 for healthcare data exchange and HL7 messaging protocols.

Working knowledge of healthcare interface technologies and their functional roles in system integration and data exchange.

Experience with DICOM-compliant systems and troubleshooting imaging data exchange issues.
Education & Experience:

BA or BS degree or equivalent blend of education and experience.

Minimum of 3 years of Healthcare IS experience, preferably with in-depth knowledge of an array of healthcare applications.

Knowledge of HL7 and DICOM

Experience with Interface engines and SQL, a plus.
