As we grow, we’re looking for a female Specialty Barista Cum Server to join our passionate team and elevate the guest experience with grace and energy.

What You’ll Do

• Craft high-quality specialty coffee beverages with precision and flair
• Engage customers with warmth, enthusiasm, and product knowledge
• Drive sales through confident recommendations and upselling
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Stay updated on coffee trends and brewing techniques
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist with inventory and supply management
• Participate in training and continuous learning

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a specialty coffee environment
• Strong knowledge of coffee origins, espresso techniques, and brewing methods
• Energetic, talkative, and sales-oriented personality
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Passion for coffee and eagerness to grow
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and different branch locations as needed
