SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As a specification coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the Specifications Team by managing documentation and collecting market data to support maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and successful projects execution.

This position reports to the Specifications Manager and will be based in Al Quoz Industrial Area, Dubai, U.A.E.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist the sales team with project submittals, proposals, quotations, tenders, bids, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth sales operations outcome.
  • Maintain the specifications database of project stakeholders for easy access and reference.
  • Facilitate communication between the Sales Manager, specification personnel, and other internal teams to ensure timely sharing of relevant information.
  • Administer external inquiries and communicate project-related information accurately to other team members.
  • Track trends and developments in the construction and paint industry to strengthen Jotun’s market positioning.
  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients and schedule meetings for the sales and specifications team to support business development efforts.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
We are looking for a candidate who:
  • A bachelor’s degree certificate is required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in business support and projects submittal.
  • Relevant experience in construction industry is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
