SPECIFICATION ENGINEER

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
• 2–3 years of experience in HVAC Application
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, standards, and codes
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Detail-oriented, multitasker, and solution-focused
• Develop and maintain technical product specifications
• Assist sales engineers in project design and execution
• Conduct research and analysis on technologies and project goals
• Prepare technical documentation (drawings, reports, specs)
• Perform product testing and quality assurance
• Collaborate with consultants, clients, and internal teams
• Participate in cross-functional project meetings
• Ensure compliance with codes and standards
• Deliver technical presentations
• Conduct cost analysis and competitor reviews
