Senior Specifications Engineer

This position involves a mix of external relationship building, sales development, and technical support. Key responsibilities include:

7 years of experience in Building Materials.

• Building the company's reputation through ethical business practices and collaboration with customers, government, and community groups.
• Driving new business by identifying and pursuing construction leads, showcasing products to consultants and architects, and persuading them to specify the company’s solutions in new projects.
• Providing expert technical support to clients before and after the sale, including product demonstrations, installation guidance, and technical training.
• Enhancing team knowledge by sharing technical expertise with the sales team and creating professional marketing and technical documents (e.g., manuals, presentations, data sheets).
• Maintaining safety standards and a clean work environment by ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices through professional development and networking.
