Specification Engineer

Job Title: Specification Engineer

Location: Bahrain

Bahrain Pipes Company is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Specification Engineer to support our operations in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s products to consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders, ensuring our products are specified in key projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Promote and secure product specifications with consultants, designers, and project stakeholders.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and government authorities.

* Identify upcoming projects through market research and project tracking tools.

* Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product submittals.

* Ensure the company’s products are listed and approved in major projects.

* Provide technical support to clients and internal sales teams.

* Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align on project opportunities.

* Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

* Follow up on submitted specifications to ensure conversion into actual sales.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).

* 3–7 years of experience in specification, technical sales, or similar role (preferably in pipes/fittings or construction materials).

* Strong technical knowledge and ability to read drawings/specifications.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Strong relationship-building abilities.

* Self-motivated with good organizational skills.
