The Specification & Technical Support Engineer will act as a technical advisor and solution expert, bridging the gap between partners, customers, and internal teams to demonstrate product value and ensure solutions meet customer and project requirements.
The role is responsible for providing high-quality technical support to customers and channel partners, including solution design, technical validation, quotation preparation, and resolution of technical issues.
Working closely with the sales team, the engineer will understand customer requirements, provide technical expertise, and clearly demonstrate how Eaton products and solutions address client challenges and life safety needs.
Additionally, the role serves as the company’s technical interface with consultants, designers, and specifiers, presenting Eaton solutions and collaborating with their technical teams during project design, specification, and approval stages.
This position involves close engagement with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, support successful project execution, and ensure long-term satisfaction with Eaton’s products and services.
