Specifications Head

Job Responsibilities:

• Specify company products to architects, designers, client cost consultants, contractors, and developers across the assigned regions.
• Promote product specifications through office visits, lunch & learn sessions, and technical presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architecture and design firms to enhance brand visibility and positioning.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and engagement with key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure specifications are effectively converted into sales.
• Deliver internal and external training on new product lines, technologies, and specification techniques.
• Provide technical guidance and product knowledge to clients and internal teams.
• Travel extensively (up to 50%) across assigned regions to support business development.
• Lead and manage a cross-border team to align efforts with regional strategy and drive results.
