Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Specifications Manager to promote Venesta products to architects, consultants, and interior designers, ensuring our products are specified in upcoming construction and fit-out projects.

You will develop relationships, conduct presentations, identify new projects, and work closely with the sales team to turn specifications into confirmed orders.

Responsibilities

• Promote Venesta products to architects, consultants, and designers.
• Get Venesta specified in major regional projects.
• Deliver product presentations and CPD sessions.
• Track and manage project pipelines.
• Support sales teams in converting leads into business.
• Attend industry events and build strong professional networks.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in specification or architectural sales.
• Strong industry connections within UAE/GCC.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.
