We are a licensed children’s rehabilitation and development center in Ajman, dedicated to supporting children with special needs. Our programs focus on helping children achieve their full potential through specialized therapy, skill development, and personalized care.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Speech Therapist to join our Non-Arabic Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing speech and language therapy to children, working closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to support communication and developmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group speech and language therapy sessions for children.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop therapy plans for speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure consistency and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Speech and Language Therapy/Pathology (mandatory).
• Minimum [insert years, e.g., 2 years] of experience working with children.
• Strong background in speech delays, language disorders, and autism spectrum disorders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
