Job description:
Qualifications:
- UAE Attested Degree / Bachelor's or Master's in Speech and Language Therapy
- Has a DHA license or is eligible to apply for one
- A minimum of 2 years of experience
- Fluent in Arabic and English
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen, assess, and treat speech, oral language, social communication, feeding, and written language disorders mainly in children and teens.
- Provide parental guidance and training.
- Provide training/ workshops for other professionals when needed
- Write assessment and progress reports for each patient, and maintain records for
- each session.
- Manage a busy caseload autonomously.
- Liaise with teachers, doctors, other therapists, and families.
- Participate in clinic/team meetings, workshops, and training seminars as necessary.
- Knowledge of AAC systems is a plus.
