Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Speech Therapist to provide home-based speech therapy across Dubai. The role includes assessing, diagnosing, and treating clients with speech, language, voice, and communication disorders, while delivering personalised care in a home-visit setting.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech and language assessments during home visits.

Develop personalised speech therapy treatment plans based on patient goals.

Provide evidence-based speech therapy sessions and monitor progress.

Educate caregivers on strategies to support communication development at home.

Collaborate with allied health professionals (physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing).

Maintain accurate documentation and clinical reports.

Ensure patient-centred care, safety, and confidentiality.

Travel across Dubai to provide home visits on time and professionally.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Speech Therapy.

DHA licence or eligibility to practice in Dubai.

Minimum 1–2 years of speech therapy experience (home-care or paediatric experience preferred).

Strong communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus).

Ability to work independently in home-care environments.

Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
