We are seeking a highly skilled licensed Speech Therapist with a valid DHA/DOH/MOH license to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with speech, language, and communication disorders. You will work closely with patients of all ages to help improve their communication skills and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in patients through standardized tests, observations, and patient history.

Develop personalized treatment plans for patients based on their needs, goals, and progress. Create therapeutic programs to address speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.

Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to treat speech and language disorders, including exercises, activities, and modalities that improve communication skills.

Educate patients and their families about speech disorders, treatment goals, and home-based exercises to continue progress outside of sessions.

Maintain accurate records of patient assessments, progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care and treatment.

Regularly assess and monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Provide ongoing feedback and support to patients and their families.

Stay current with the latest research, techniques, and trends in speech therapy. Participate in ongoing professional development and training as required.

Requirements:

A valid DOH/DHA/MOH license is mandatory.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a licensed speech therapist in a clinical or healthcare setting.

Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and evidence-based treatment methods.

A Bachelors or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.

Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

Ability to speak Arabic is a plus.
