Speech Language Pathologist

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and create individualized therapy plans.
• Implement evidence-based treatment programs to support communication, language, articulation, and social-pragmatic skills.
• Work one-on-one and in small groups with clients of all ages.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent progress across settings.
• Use creative, fun, and interactive activities to keep therapy engaging and motivating.
• Track client progress and maintain accurate documentation in line with regulatory standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed or license-eligible SLP with a passion for helping clients communicate effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility, creativity, and a sense of humor—therapy is serious work, but it should also be fun!
• Experience with pediatric clients is a plus, but we welcome SLPs who enjoy working across the lifespan.
