Speech Language Pathologist - Assessment Team/Supervisor (Part Time-Per Diem) - 2+ yrs exp

We are currently looking for highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to join our Assessment and SupervisionTeam.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, analyze and interpret both standardized results and clinical observations, and write reports to determine performance in the areas of speech, receptive language, expressive language, pragmatic language, voice, fluency, and oral sensorimotor skill development for clients in clinic or at school
• Ensure evaluations, treatment plans and service delivery recommendations are aligned with corresponding referral source guidelines (e.g., school, commercial insurance, state funded program guidelines)
• Communicate with referral sources, parents, teachers, and other professional service providers, and attend IEPs, if needed
• Per Diem, hourly position - can grow to F/T benefitted if desired
• Supervise Speech Language Pathology Assistants and/or Clinical Fellows

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree
• CA state license
• ASHA Certification
• Strong evaluation and diagnostic skills with a robust knowledge of pediatric assessment tools
• Impeccable oral and written skills; must be a confident communicator
• Pediatric experience; prefer minimum of 2 years
• A genuine love for children and a warm, caring, inclusive spirit when working with clients and their families
