Position Overview:

Windsor Skyline Care C is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join their care team on a part-time contract basis. This role is ideal for an SLP who excels in providing individualized care and is comfortable working independently within a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing assessments.

• Develop and deliver patient-specific treatment plans.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support patient progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all evaluations and treatments.

Requirements:

• Active SLP license in the state of California.

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing, rehab, or similar setting preferred.

• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.

• Ability to work one scheduled day per week for the duration of the contract.
