We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our dynamic team. Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders in children and/or adults.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals.
• Conduct therapy sessions (one‑on‑one / group), using appropriate techniques and evidence‑based practices.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers / parents on home practice strategies and support.
• Maintain accurate treatment records, documentation, and reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (doctors, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, educators, etc.).
• Participate in periodic in‑service training, workshops, awareness programs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s (BASLP) or Master’s (MASLP / M.Sc Speech & Language Pathology) degree in Speech‑Language Pathology / Audiology (or equivalent).
• Valid certification and/or registration (e.g., Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI)) preferred.
• Clinical internship / hands‑on experience with speech therapy desirable.
