Job Description: Speech Therapist
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients with speech, language, voice, and communication disorders.
- Conduct standardized evaluations to diagnose speech and swallowing difficulties.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical assessments.
- Provide therapy to improve speech clarity, language development, fluency, voice quality, and swallowing function.
- Work with children, adults, and elderly patients as required by the clinical setting.
- Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and reports.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy exercises, communication techniques, and home-based activities.
- Collaborate with doctors, psychologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals for holistic care.
- Use therapy tools, assistive devices, and technology to support treatment goals.
- Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as needed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case discussions.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical standards, and ethical guidelines.
- Conduct awareness sessions or training programs when required.
Qualification Required : BASLP or MASLP or M SLP

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
