Speech Therapist – Home Care Services

The Good Doctor is a leading home healthcare provider in Dubai, delivering high-quality, patient-centred medical and therapy services directly to patients’ homes. Our multidisciplinary team supports children, adults, and elderly patients with compassion, clinical excellence, and ethical practice.

We are currently expanding our Allied Health Services and are seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to provide home-based speech and language therapy services across Dubai

Role Overview

As a Speech Therapist (Home Care), you will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, communication, voice, and swallowing disorders in the comfort of their homes. You will work closely with families, caregivers, and our clinical coordination team to ensure personalised and outcome-driven therapy plans.

This role is ideal for professionals who value one-to-one patient care, flexible schedules, and long-term therapeutic relationships

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing assessments
  • Develop and implement individualised therapy plans
  • Provide therapy for conditions including:
  • Speech and language delay (children)
  • Autism spectrum disorders
  • Articulation and phonological disorders
  • Stuttering and fluency disorders
  • Voice disorders
  • Post-stroke communication difficulties
  • Dysphagia (swallowing disorders), where applicable
  • Educate and guide families and caregivers on home programs
  • Monitor patient progress and modify therapy plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and session reports
  • Follow DHA regulations, clinical protocols, and company SOPs
  • Coordinate schedules with operations and care coordinators

Required Qualifications & Licensing

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology / Speech Therapy
  • DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter (mandatory)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Experience in home care, pediatrics, neuro-rehabilitation, or geriatric care is an advantage
