Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech Therapist with a valid MOH license to join our team. The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to children and individuals with speech, language, voice, and communication challenges, ensuring personalized and effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on client needs.
• Use evidence-based practices to improve communication, speech, language, and swallowing skills.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other specialists to support clients’ progress.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and progress notes.
• Educate and guide families and caregivers on strategies to continue therapy at home.
• Ensure all therapy practices comply with MOH regulations and professional ethics.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Communication Sciences.
• Valid MOH license to practice in the UAE.
• Minimum 1 years of clinical or pediatric experience (nursery, school, or rehabilitation setting preferred).
• Strong knowledge of speech and language development, disorders, and intervention techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Empathy, patience, and dedication to client well-being.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
