Academic Qualification

• DAE Electrical / Telecom

Technical Knowledge & Skills

• GPON Field Operations
• OTDR Operation & Applications
• Fault Tracing & Troubleshooting
• Fiber Splicing (Feeder & Distribution Cables)
• Strip & Cleave Techniques

Experience Requirements

• 6 Months to 1 Year of Relevant Experience
• Hands-on expertise in fiber cable splicing

Key Responsibilities

Perform optical fiber jointing and splicing
Prepare and organize cables for splicing
Conduct OTDR testing and fault tracing
Enclose and secure joints professionally
Manage and maintain tools and equipment
Lead field maintenance and repair activities
Ensure cable management to avoid pressure points

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
