Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Installing, servicing, and fixing equipment and ventilation and air conditioning systems.

2. Identifying equipment maintenance risks.

3. Carrying and maintaining the given equipment and supplies, as well as providing monthly updates to the supervisors or engineers in charge

4. System maintenance (PPM), repair, cleaning, and warranty services.

5. Making quick and effective repairs in an emergency.

6. Participating in technical and practical training.

7. Providing engineers or supervisors with detailed reports on daily job maintenance activities.

8. Following the Occupational Health and Safety Act according to UAE regulations in all working place

9. Following work instructions, company policies, service standards, and client requests.

10. Respond to inquiries from clients with the permission of the concerned engineer or supervisor.

11. Maintain excellent personal hygiene and grooming standards, and present the highest level of professionalism when interacting with client offices, suppliers, and customers.

Qualification

Technical College Diploma / HND Certificate

Secondary School Passed

Minimum 2 Years of UAE or Gulf Region Experience

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
