SPMU Artist - Riyadh

As a Semi Permanent Makeup and Brow Grooming Artist, you will play a key role in delivering bespoke treatments that enhance natural beauty while maintaining the highest standards of care and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced semi permanent makeup (SPMU) treatments including microblading, ombre brow and lip blush techniques.
• Perform the following brow treatments: brow shaping, tinting and lamination treatments.
• Provide consultation and offer professional advice to clients on necessary procedures.
• Walk clients through procedures to ensure mutual understanding regarding treatments.
• Address clients’ needs and concerns efficiently and effectively to turn unhappy customers into return guests.
• Build rapport and establish good relationships with clients to ensure customer retention.
• Promote and up-sell products, services and packages where necessary.
• Manage and maintain the salon’s tidiness and cleanliness.
• Identifying and rolling out new and innovative beauty treatments as per market trends.
• Perform the above treatments on any customer in the Brau salon only.
• Participate in marketing events, including but not limited to pop-ups, complementary treatments for influencers and models, and photo shoots.
• Assessing new artists and onboarding them on Brau services.
• Provide training to Brau artists when required and monitor artists to ensure a high-quality level of treatment at all times.
• Treatments are to be performed exclusively at Brau salon only.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in semi-permanent makeup (SPMU) treatments such as microblading, ombré brows, lash line and lip blush
• Strong technical precision with excellent knowledge of symmetry, facial mapping, and pigment application
• Exceptional communication skills with a client focused approach and high standard of customer service
• Sales driven with the ability to confidently recommend treatments, aftercare, and retail products to support business growth
• Flexible and adaptable to rotating shifts, weekends, and business needs
• Solid understanding of salon protocols, hygiene standards, and professional SPMU practices
