Spoken English & Softskill Trainer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Spoken English Trainer to help learners improve their English communication skills. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons focused on speaking, listening, pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar to students of various age groups and proficiency levels.

Key Responsibilities:

*Conduct Spoken English classes for students (individual or group) as per schedule

*Assess students’ language proficiency and customize lessons accordingly

*Use interactive teaching techniques like role-plays, group discussions, debates, storytelling, and audiovisual tools

*Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessment tools

*Track student progress and provide regular feedback and improvement strategies

*Motivate and build confidence in students to speak fluently and correctly

*Stay updated with the latest teaching trends and language learning techniques

*Maintain discipline and ensure an inclusive, supportive learning environments.

*Prior experience as a Spoken English Trainer or English Teacher is an advantage

*Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

* Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching

* Ability to handle students from diverse backgrounds and age groups.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
