Spoken English Trainer

Job Responsibilities:

• Teach spoken English to students in schools, colleges, and community centers.
• Conduct interactive sessions, role plays, group discussions, and activities to improve fluency, grammar, and confidence.
• Travel to different assigned schools, colleges, and community locations to conduct sessions.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practice worksheets as per learner levels.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and support.
• Motivate learners to use English in daily conversations and real-life scenarios.
• Report class updates, attendance, and progress to the coordinator/management.

Requirements:

• Graduate in English / Education / or any relevant field.
• Prior experience as a Spoken English Teacher / Trainer preferred.
• Strong command over English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to schools, colleges, and community locations.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and ability to engage learners of all levels.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with NGOs, schools, or community-based programs.
• Ability to use creative and activity-based teaching methods.
• Knowledge of digital teaching tools will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
