Marathi Teacher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Marathi Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Marathi language instruction, fostering a love for regional literature and language, and supporting students in developing strong reading, writing, and speaking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Marathi language lessons in line with curriculum standards.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, composition, reading comprehension, and oral communication.
• Incorporate Marathi literature, culture, and traditions into the curriculum.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, and parent-teacher interactions.
• Guide and mentor students in academic and co-curricular Marathi activities.
• Stay updated with educational trends and curriculum changes in language teaching.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marathi / Literature / Education (B.Ed. preferred).
• Proven experience teaching Marathi (minimum 1–3 years preferred).
• Excellent command over Marathi grammar, vocabulary, and literature.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to use technology for online teaching (if applicable).
• Passion for teaching and regional language promotion.

• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in curriculum design or textbook development.
• Exposure to CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum.
• Familiarity with digital tools for teaching (Google Classroom, Zoom, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
