Job Description

We are hiring Spoken English Trainers / Communication Trainers for our Kaloor, Ernakulam center.

Your primary role will be to conduct one-on-one voice calls with students, assess their spoken English proficiency, provide immediate feedback, and help them correct mistakes. Occasionally, you may be required to conduct live video sessions as specified.

Available Shifts

• Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM

(Both are full-time, on-site roles at our Kaloor center.)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct voice call sessions (10–15 minutes per student).
• Assess students’ English proficiency and provide detailed feedback.
• Correct grammar, pronunciation, and fluency errors during sessions.
• Conduct live video sessions if required or assigned.
• Maintain call quality, record progress, and ensure a smooth learning experience.
• Motivate and encourage students to build confidence in speaking English.

Requirements

• High proficiency in both Malayalam and English (mandatory).
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience as an English Trainer / Spoken English Teacher / Communication Trainer is preferred (freshers with excellent communication skills may apply).
• Patience, enthusiasm, and passion for teaching.
• Basic smartphone handling skills for call-based sessions.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 per month (for both shifts).
• Accommodation: Free accommodation available (optional).
• Probation Period: 3 months (performance monitored).
• Increment: Based on performance after probation.
• Leaves:

- Emergency leaves during probation.
- 2 paid leaves per month after probation.
- All major public holidays are off.
