Job Description: Contract Teacher – Spoken English (English–Marathi)

Position: Contract Teacher – Spoken English
Duration: 100 Hours
Location: Flexible
Language Requirement: Fluency in English and Marathi (speaking, reading, and writing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 30 hours of recorded lectures in English–Marathi.
• Guide and evaluate 30 hours of quizzes and assignments.
• Conduct 10 hours of assessments and feedback sessions.
• Develop course material for ~50 hours of self-learning and assignments.
• Design and prepare quizzes, lecture PPTs, and orientation PPTs.
• Record engaging, high-quality lectures.
• Ensure academic rigor, industry relevance, and practical application in teaching.
• Focus on enhancing students’ confidence, fluency, and communication skills.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Applied Linguistics, Communication, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in teaching Spoken English, preferably to bilingual (English–Marathi) learners.
• Excellent command of both Marathi and English (academic and conversational).
• Strong presentation, teaching, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using digital teaching platforms, PPT design, and video recording tools.

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹1,500.00 - ₹2,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 5 per week
