ZAEEM SPORTS is a professional sports organization in Qatar specializing in skating and youth sports development. We focus on structured training, discipline, and high-quality coaching programs. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to lead academy operations while actively driving sales, enrollments, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the skating academy
• Supervise coaches, staff schedules, and training sessions
• Ensure safety, discipline, and service quality standards
• Drive sales, enrollments, and retention for skating programs
• Handle inquiries, parent coordination, follow-ups, and conversions
• Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities
• Manage social media platforms and community engagement
• Coordinate skating events, demos, and competitions
• Build partnerships with schools, malls, and community centers
• Prepare sales and performance reports for management

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sports academy operations, sales, or sports marketing (skating experience preferred)
• Strong sales, customer service, and negotiation skills
• Proven leadership and team supervision experience
• Experience in social media marketing and brand promotion
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid Qatar Driving License – Mandatory
• Must be locally available in Qatar and eligible for employment under Qatar Labor Law
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required
• Strong passion for skating, sports, and youth development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
