Sports In-Charge

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Sports In-Charge to manage and oversee all sports-related activities and facilities within the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, maintain discipline, and create an engaging environment for employees through organized sports activities. Candidates with experience in corporate office sports facility management will be given preference.

Major Job Responsibilities1. Sports Facility Management

• Oversee daily operations of sports facilities (indoor & outdoor)
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and proper functioning of all areas
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and upkeep

2. Activity Planning & Coordination

• Plan and organize sports events, tournaments, and recreational activities
• Encourage employee participation and engagement in sports programs
• Manage scheduling and bookings of sports facilities

3. Equipment Handling & Inventory Control

• Maintain inventory of sports equipment and ensure proper usage
• Track issuance and return of equipment
• Ensure timely procurement and replacement of sports items

4. Safety & Discipline Enforcement

• Enforce safety protocols and usage guidelines within sports areas
• Monitor activities to ensure discipline and proper conduct
• Handle any conflicts or issues in a professional manner

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of multiple sports and facility management
• Ability to manage events and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving ability with a proactive approach
• Ability to enforce discipline while maintaining a positive environment

IT Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to maintain records, schedules, and inventory logs

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Prior experience in sports facility management, especially in a corporate environment, will be highly preferred
