JOB PURPOSE:
We’re looking for a Senior Video Editor / Motion Designer to join our sports-dedicated creative team and help shape how fans experience the game across digital platforms.
This role is for someone who lives and breathes sport, understands the pace of matchdays, and knows how to turn raw moments, ideas, and strategy into high-impact visual stories. You’ll lead post-production and motion output across campaigns, always-on content, and live moments for clubs, leagues, and global brands.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

Lead video editing and motion design output across sports campaigns, always-on content, and matchday moments.

Translate creative concepts, scripts, and briefs into compelling visual stories optimized for each platform.

Edit short-form and long-form content including social videos, hype films, promos, documentaries, and branded content.

Design and animate motion graphics, titles, transitions, and visual systems that elevate storytelling.

Collaborate closely with art directors, designers, strategists, and producers to ensure creative alignment.

Support live and fast-turnaround workflows during matchdays and major sporting events.

Maintain high technical standards across editing, sound design, color, and delivery formats.

Develop scalable motion templates and post-production systems for consistency across projects.

Review, guide, and mentor junior editors and freelancers, ensuring quality and consistency.

Stay up to date with sports content trends, platform formats, and post-production innovations.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Experience
5+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion design, ideally within a creative agency or sports environment.
Skills

Advanced proficiency in
Adobe Premiere Pro
and
After Effects
; strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong understanding of pacing, rhythm, typography, transitions, and sound design for sports storytelling.

Deep knowledge of
social-first video formats
(TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, Snapchat).

Proven experience working on sports-related content (clubs, leagues, events, athletes, or brands).

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.

Passion for sport and an intuitive understanding of fan culture and moments that matter.
