Sports Marketing Manager - Digital

Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing goals and brand voice.
    • Plan content calendars for each sport/team in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Brand Communication
    • Define and maintain the tone of voice for each team, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
    • Craft messaging that resonates with diverse fan bases and reflects the spirit of the sport and the team.
  • Content Creation & Oversight
    • Lead the creation of high-quality content including social media posts, videos, articles, and fan engagement campaigns.
    • Collaborate with agencies, designers, video editors, and copywriters to bring stories to life.
  • Fan Engagement & Growth
    • Drive initiatives to increase fan engagement, loyalty, and community participation.
    • Monitor trends, fan sentiment, and analytics to optimize content performance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with digital, PR, sponsorship, and on-ground teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
      • Align content with commercial goals, brand partnerships, and league requirements.
Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in content, brand, or digital marketing, preferably in sports, entertainment, or youth-centric brands.
