The Opportunity:

We are seeking a strategic and connected Sports Marketing & Athlete Development Manager to drive our core services. In this role, you will be the architect of powerful partnerships, connecting brands with athletes and ensuring our clients achieve their commercial and personal branding goals. You will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns, providing strategic consulting to players, and negotiating impactful sponsorship deals.

Cultivate potential multinational corporate sponsors in the gaming, tech, and entertainment sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sports Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel sports(including esports) marketing campaigns for our brand partners.
  • Identify and leverage sponsorship opportunities with leagues, teams, and sporting events.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to create targeted marketing initiatives that resonate with sports fans.

2. Player Consulting & Athlete Development:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to a roster of professional athletes, guiding them on personal branding, media relations, and career longevity.
  • Develop and manage athletes' off-field business ventures and community engagement initiatives.
  • Create long-term career development plans that align with the athlete’s values and goals.

3. Athlete Sponsorship & Partnerships:

  • Identify, pitch, and negotiate endorsement deals, appearance contracts, and other sponsorship opportunities for athletes.
  • Build and maintain a robust network of brand contacts in sectors like apparel, nutrition, technology, and automotive.
  • Manage the entire partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach to contract fulfillment and performance reporting.

Who You Are:

  • A proven professional with 3+ years of experience in sports marketing, athlete management, sponsorship sales, or a related field.
  • You have an existing network of contacts within the sports industry (agents, athletes, brand managers).
  • You possess excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • You are a strategic thinker who can also execute tactically with great attention to detail.
  • You are a self-starter, results-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A deep understanding of the current sports landscape, including Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) policies, is a significant plus.
