Our clinical specialists works directly inside clinics alongside physicians and care teams to help patients receive appropriate musculoskeletal support solutions (DME) and education during their visit.

We are seeking a Clinical Orthopaedic Specialist to join our team in Harrisburg, PA.

This is a full-time W2 position with benefits and an opportunity to work closely with physicians and patients in a fast-paced orthopaedic environment.

Position Overview

The Clinical Specialist will assist with measuring, fitting, and educating patients on physician-directed musculoskeletal support products including orthopaedic braces, fracture care supports, spine bracing systems, and bone growth stimulators. This is a patient-facing clinical role focused on improving patient experience and supporting clinic workflow.

The position is primarily based in Harrisburg, PA, with occasional travel to nearby partner clinics when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and clinic staff with musculoskeletal patient support needs
• Measure and fit patients with off-the-shelf orthopaedic braces
• Provide patient education on proper product use and care
• Support clinic workflow and patient flow as needed
• Complete documentation related to patient services and product distribution
• Coordinate follow-up communication with patients when appropriate
• Maintain professional communication with physicians, clinical staff, and patients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Background in Athletic Training, Exercise Physiology, Physical Therapy, or related healthcare field preferred
• ATC, PTA, or COTA certification strongly preferred
• 1+ year experience in a healthcare or clinical setting preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced clinical environment

Pay: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
