What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Treat a wide variety of orthopedic and active population conditions
• Deliver hands-on, movement-focused Physical Therapy
• Progress treatment plans based on patient response and goals
• Educate patients to improve long-term outcomes
• Collaborate with teammates to provide exceptional care
• Build strong relationships that improve patient engagement and retention
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in Arizona
