Sports Photographer

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sports Photographer/Videographer to capture high-quality visual content across football and other sporting events. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for storytelling through photography and videography, understands the dynamics of fast-paced sports, and can deliver impactful visuals for media, marketing, and archival purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• Photography & Videography
• Capture live-action shots of football matches, training sessions, and other sports events.
• Film dynamic video content, including match highlights, promotional reels, behind-the-scenes footage, and interviews.
• Operate cameras, drones, and stabilizers to achieve cinematic angles and perspectives.
• Content Production
• Edit photos and videos to professional standards, ensuring consistency with brand style and campaign objectives.
• Deliver quick-turnaround content for social media, press releases, and live event coverage.
• Produce creative storytelling pieces such as player profiles, documentaries, and event recaps.
• Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, media, and creative teams to align content with campaigns.
• Coordinate with coaches, athletes, and event staff to ensure smooth coverage.
• Maintain relationships with sports organizations, clubs, and media outlets.
• Technical & Logistical
• Set up and manage photography and videography equipment during live events.
• Ensure proper lighting, framing, and composition in fast-moving environments.
• Manage storage, cataloging, and archiving of all media assets.
• Stay updated with the latest photography and videography technologies and sports media trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a sports photographer/videographer, preferably in football or other competitive sports.
• Proficiency with professional cameras (DSLR, mirrorless, cinema), lenses, and video equipment.
• Strong editing skills (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
• Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
• Understanding of sports dynamics, rules, and key moments to anticipate action shots.
• Strong storytelling ability through visuals.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
