Responsibilities:
1. Lead the overall operations planning for the sports score prediction app, designing comprehensive strategies for user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization based on business goals.
2. Define and manage the user lifecycle, developing strategies for acquisition, conversion, retention, and re-engagement, and establish a sustainable user operation system.
3. Plan and execute operation schemes around major sports events (e.g., the Big Five leagues, World Cup qualifiers, NBA), creating differentiated activities integrated with prediction features to enhance user engagement.
4. Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and data, identify issues, and propose optimization solutions to drive product improvements and experience upgrades.
5. Build and optimize incentive systems (points, badges, membership benefits, virtual assets, etc.) to increase user stickiness and lifetime value.
6. Collaborate closely with product, technology, and design teams to translate operational needs into actionable product features, ensuring that operational strategies are fully supported.
7. Monitor sports data and industry trends, conduct competitive analysis, and propose innovative operation strategies to maintain product competitiveness.
8. Regularly review and summarize operation performance, extract replicable methodologies, and provide strategic growth insights for the team.
9. Design the product’s operational model, develop operation roadmaps, and achieve phased business objectives.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Sports, or related fields is preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in internet product operations; experience with sports products, prediction apps, or data-related products is a plus.
3. Strong systematic product operation mindset, with the ability to clearly articulate sports prediction app operation strategies (covering acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization) during the interview, supported by practical cases and actionable plans.
4. Data-driven mindset, able to leverage insights to identify opportunities and execute rapid testing and iteration.
5. Passion for sports and a solid understanding of user interests, capable of turning trending sports events into operational opportunities.
6. Proven experience in cross-functional communication and project management, with the ability to collaborate effectively across product, tech, and marketing teams.
7. Strategic vision with the capability to plan mid- to long-term operation strategies in a fast-changing market environment.
