Sports Rehab and Outpatient Physical Therapist and Clinic

This Is Where Physical Therapy Starts Feeling Like Physical Therapy Again

You didn’t go through years of school, clinicals, and boards to feel like you’re managing a schedule.

You became a Physical Therapist to evaluate deeply, solve real movement problems, and actually change outcomes.

But too many outpatient roles drift away from that.

They get rushed. They get repetitive. They start to feel like you are moving patients instead of progressing them.

This is where that changes.

At Cupertino Physical Therapy, you step into a clinic where patients are motivated, care is intentional, and your clinical skills actually show.

This is not a volume-first environment.

This is a clinic built around results, reputation, and real Physical Therapy.

Why Patients Love This Clinic

When the patient experience is strong, your job gets better too.

There is less friction, more trust, and better follow-through from the people you are trying to help.

At Cupertino Physical Therapy, the clinic has built a 5-star reputation by delivering care that feels personal, educational, and results-driven. Patients come in ready to engage. They trust the process. They stay bought in. And that gives you a better environment to do your best work as a Physical Therapist.

  • 5-star patient reputation means patients trust you faster, so you spend more time treating and less time convincing
  • Personalized, results-driven care helps patients feel progress sooner and stay committed to the plan
  • Clear education and confidence-building create stronger buy-in, better follow-through, and more rewarding outcomes

Cupertino Physical Therapy has been recognized as the Best Physical Therapy Clinic in San Jose for two consecutive years, 2025 and 2026, by BusinessRate.

That kind of recognition does not happen by accident.

It comes from delivering excellent care, building strong systems, and creating a patient experience people remember.

This clinic has momentum, a strong reputation in the community, and real room for growth.

What You Will Treat

This is an orthopedic outpatient clinic with a strong sports rehab mindset.

You will work with motivated patients who want to move better, return to activity, and get back to life with confidence. This is not passive care. This is active, progress-driven Physical Therapy where your clinical reasoning matters.

You will commonly treat:

  • Orthopedic outpatient cases through full evaluations, individualized plans of care, and progressive return-to-function programming
  • Active patient populations who want to get back to sport, work, and daily life, not just manage symptoms
  • Spine and core conditions, including back pain, sciatica, and movement limitations, using evidence-based treatment and education
  • Lower extremity rehab, including hip, knee, foot, and ankle conditions, with strength-driven, functional progression
  • Upper extremity conditions with a focus on shoulder stability, strength, and return to full use
  • Sports and performance rehab for athletes and active individuals who want care that bridges rehab into real-world movement

What You Will Do

This role is built for a Physical Therapist who wants to practice with purpose, think critically, and deliver care that actually changes outcomes.

You will be trusted to lead the patient experience from evaluation through discharge, while building strong relationships and creating clear plans that keep people engaged in their recovery.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating and treating outpatient orthopedic patients with focused, high-quality care that helps them move better, feel better, and return to life with confidence
  • Creating individualized, measurable plans of care that give patients a clear roadmap and keep real goals at the center of treatment
  • Progressing patients with strong clinical reasoning and clear home programming so they continue moving forward and see results that last
  • Documenting efficiently and communicating professionally with referring providers to keep care coordinated and your workflow protected
  • Strengthening the clinic experience and culture by showing up as the kind of clinician patients trust and teammates respect

Mentorship and Growth

Whether you are stepping into your first PT role or bringing years of experience with you, this is a clinic where your growth is taken seriously.

You will not be left alone to figure everything out. You also will not be micromanaged.

The goal is simple: help you become a stronger clinician, keep your work fulfilling, and support the kind of professional growth that makes you want to stay.

If You Are a New Grad

This is the kind of environment that can help you build confidence the right way.

You will have support, structure, and guidance that help you grow your clinical judgment, sharpen your treatment approach, and develop strong habits early in your career.

  • Guided onboarding gives you structure, clarity, and coaching so your first months feel steady, not chaotic
  • Mentorship and skill-building help strengthen your evaluations, programming, and patient communication
  • A quality-first clinic environment allows you to build strong habits from day one in a setting where outcomes actually matter

If You Are Experienced

You will have room to practice at a high level, expand your impact, and bring your full skillset to the table.

This is a strong fit for a clinician who wants to keep growing, contribute meaningfully, and work in a place that values good judgment and high standards.

  • Autonomy with clinical standards gives you the freedom to lead your plan of care with confidence and professionalism
  • Growth through impact allows you to improve outcomes, contribute to systems, and help shape what comes next
  • Respect for your experience means your standards, efficiency, and clinical judgment are seen as assets

The Value We Offer

You are not just taking a job.

You are stepping into a clinic that is in demand, growing, and built around a patient experience people trust.

That matters because a strong reputation creates a stronger day-to-day experience for you, too. It helps support a steadier caseload, better patient engagement, and an environment where you can do work you are proud of while still protecting your life outside the clinic.

How Your Schedule and Caseload Will Feel

This role is built for clinicians who want to do excellent work and still have energy left when the day ends.

The structure supports a better pace, stronger continuity of care, and more room to actually practice Physical Therapy instead of constantly rushing through it.

  • Full-time stability gives you a consistent schedule and dependable income with room to grow clinically and financially
  • Flexible scheduling gives you more control over how your workday fits into your life
  • No on-call expectations means your time stays yours when you are off the clock
  • 40-minute appointment lengths give you time to evaluate, treat, educate, and progress patients without always feeling behind
  • Continuity of care allows you to own the visit flow and take pride in the full patient experience

Your compensation should reflect the value you bring as a clinician.

This role offers strong earning potential along with the opportunity to grow based on your experience, skill, and impact.

  • Signing bonus available to support your transition and reward commitment to a clinic that is growing now
